This is an extremely well made documentary that is a must-see for all, regardless of where in the debate. The program is available to view online for the next 6 days via this link:

Curious to gather thoughts from those who saw it.

I just rewatched it in peace and quiet. Even more compelling viewing. Qur'an challenges you to think. And think again. That's a bottom line. I'm not Muslim (and never will be). But even I can see what that means.

That's a shame. I hope it gets exported. Many C4 documentaries have had international acclaim.

Frustrating. I was able to watch two 2:00 clips from it, however.

In the meantime, may I recommend Karen Brookman's

Mohammed: A Prophet for Our Times

. It's part of Atlas Books Eminent Lives series. Ms. Brookman is a highly regarded British theologian. This text opened my eyes and I highly recommend it for any open minded person.

Thanks for the tip. That book sounds an interesting study. As does the Eminent Lives series.

Would be good if you can somehow get to see the documentary. Some aspects are poignant in view of how realpolitics is going right now with the economy, oil and Iran.

Yes, certainly. B&N, Borders or better yet your local independent seller.

Correction: author is Karen Armstrong, not Brookman. My apology.
